Notice on holding training courses for national registered auditors of food safety management system

China Quality Certification Center (CQC) is approved by the Certification and Accreditation Administration (CNCA) (Approval number: CNCA-P-2002-002)，China Certification and Accreditation Association (CCAA) confirmed (approval number: CCAA002) with food safety management system national registered auditor training qualification of professional training institutions。Our center will hold a "Food Safety Management System National Registered Auditor Training Course" in Qingdao。The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1. Applicants are required to have a bachelor's degree or above and are engaged in food safety management。If students wish to obtain the qualification of national registered auditor of food safety management system in the future, they must meet the requirements of education and work experience stipulated by CCAA。(See "www.ccaa.org.cn- File Download - Registration Specification document "Food Safety Management System National Registered auditor Registration Guidelines"。)
The course includes the following training content: ISO22000:2005 "Food Safety Management System - Requirements for various organizations in the food chain", PRP, HACCP related knowledge;Knowledge of food science and technology;Laws and regulations applicable to relevant majors;Audit skills and methods;Case study。 The course is taught by a registered teacher accredited by CCAA and lasts for 5 days (40 hours including half day exam) with no more than 40 participants per session。
The course fully considers the characteristics of the food safety management system，The basic principles of food safety, key points of understanding and implementation of food safety management system standards and related audit techniques are described in detail，Examples and classroom exercises are also provided，Through interactive teaching，Enable students to quickly master the requirements of food safety management system and audit technology。
After passing the training and examination of this course, you can obtain the training qualification certificate issued by China Quality Certification Center (CQC) and confirmed by China Certification and Accreditation Association (CCAA)。The certificate will be used as the basis for applying for the written test of CCAA National registered auditor, and will also be used as one of the certificates for applying for the registration of quality management system intern auditor of China Certification and Accreditation Association (CCAA)。
